A joyous and crimson Damascus Rose set in a Frankincense Hyperabsolute mount, waves of Vanilla clashing against bitter splinters of Myrrh, nocturnal drops of Black Ink crashing against citrusy streaks of Elemi, Opus XII is a study of both Rose and Incense, pushing them each to unexplored territories and pulling out an uncompromisingly novel take on an otherwise classic accord.

Inspired by the mystery behind Orson Welles' Rosebud, Opus XII is an ambery and pointilliste constellation of gleaming moments coming back and forth from the dregs of memory, compelling us to believe that despite our knowledge of the present, only childhood memories are real.

A perfumer struck by genius, Bruno Jovanovic quickly made a name for himself on the benches of the ISIPCA, which he graduated with honours. A Parisian flown to New York, he began his career working next to legendary Sophia Grojsman, developing a minimalistic, balanced, and chiselled style, and producing creative statements of undeniable modernity.

WOW, just...wow. This one blew my mind and far exceeded my expectations. It is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. I have been looking for the perfect rose perfume for years now and I think I finally found it. It's soft yet bold, takes up space without being aggressive, and smells like being in real love. The elemi really steals the show and brings it all together, and this might singlehandedly be the highest quality, most beautiful frankincense note I've ever smelled in my life. So calming to the mind, great for meditative practices or days where a little extra grounding/presence is needed. This perfume smells real, not synthetic at all - it's a fragrance you feel. Confident without being pretentious. Cannot get enough of this one, I almost don't want to use it so it never runs out. My favorite I've tried by a long shot.
