An odyssey, exploring the opiate pathway and flora of the spice routes. Established over 2.5 millenia ago, The Silk Road stretched far and wide, running via a number of routes from China through Moghul India and Mesopotamia, crossing into Egypt, Anatolia and finally Europe. Great inventions and knowledge were shared. The Orient with its skillful silkworm expertise, spices, gold, gunpowder and medicines. Europe introduced to alchemy, astronomy and mathematics. Ormonde Jayne’s showcase of perfumes is inspired by this epic journey passing incredible bulbs, herbs and flowering spice trees, the bustling trade markets with their exotic architecture; the Caravan Serai crossing the infinite plains, opening up our world to new intellectual frontiers.

Just incredible! I would love to pick up a full bottle after testing this out. It’s confidence boosting and comforting, perfect for everyday wear. The vibe is coco Mademoiselle (they do not smell similar at all) but much more interesting! This lasts all day on me 10 hours plus. I imagine this will be even better in spring and summer! 10/10!

Very appealing: this hearty fragrance has a gorgeous blend of florals, pastels and subtle eastern spices. Good for casual or special occasions. A little goes a long way. I may re-order this one.

Such a beautiful fresh citrus scent. The mandarin orange with peony is just so nicely balanced. This very satisfying! I will be wearing this on hot summer days.

This is a winner for me. An easy reach for any day, beautiful floral, citrus, fresh, feminine. A great one for spring & summer. Elegant. Good longevity, lasted about 6 hours on my skin. Almost done with my decant & will probably buy a full bottle.
