I See the Clouds Go By by Floraïku is an Eau de Parfum. I See the Clouds go By is a fruity floral Blackcurrant, determined as a Cassis "soliflore”, is gradually enveloped with White Musk and Cherry Blossom, as if a cloud was passing by. Other notes: Bergamot essence, petitgrain essence, davana essence, cedarwood.

Inspiration: The quietness of a field, where nature grows and gives its best. Emerging at the horizon, the blue colored trees like blackcurrant under a sky of white musk.

About the Brand

A French perfume house inspired by Asian sophistication, its sense of refinement, excellence, and detail. Each fragrance pays homage to different ceremonies part of Asian culture. They are named after haikus, which are small 3-verse poems written by the brand’s co-founder, who is also a poet. Haikus, originally from Japanese literature, travel abroad thanks to the magic of words and poetry, to be shared universally and to bring people together. The haiku specific to each perfume gives its character. Then, each fragrance belongs to one of 3 collections, that pay homage to different ceremonies part of Asian culture, where flowers, teas and incenses play a major role. Floraïku fragrances are composed in the same way; a short formula showcasing precious natural ingredients.

Floraiku has so many gorgeous fragrances, and "I See the Clouds Go By" is no exception. The longevity with this house is not on par with their price point, however, thus the 4 stars instead of 5. I truly wish they would bump up the concentrations, because the artistry from this house is amazing.
