Extremely synthetic, would not wear on its own ever. I purchased this to layer with my Aerin hibiscus palm per a YouTubers recommendation (I much prefer it on its own). Tiny bit of a fail, but that’s why I love subscriptions like these. Low commitment and it was a great way to try it out for a decant time period.

This was not at all what I expected. It's not bad but it's really just kind of okay. I chose this mainly because I love, love, love JHAG's Not A Perfume and Citizen Queen.
I now understand what it means for a fragrance to smell "generic". Nothing about this stands up or stands out. I kind of get vanilla, I kind of get powder, I kind of get... and so on. I keep sniffing and waiting for something to get better. If there was more of anything - vanilla, powder, etc., I would probably have a more definitive reason to like or dislike. This reminds me of another perfume but I cannot remember which one.

The scent is soft and beachy. A very tropical, coconut, sun tan lotion smell! It's so perfect for summer.

This is by far the best, most delicious smell ever if you like a beach type of perfume. I love the entire line and I get so many compliments. Best of all, my husband loves it. Worth more than 5 stars.

Luv this smell.i luv this line period i can smell.all the notes and it such a beautiful airy smell that i got com on alot and i guess this one isnt as known but i been on a kick for perfumes.

One star just for not being the worst I've ever experienced. I was gifted a sampler set of JHAG and this perfume vial remains mostly full.
For all the notes this scent has, you'd think it would be complex and intriguing. It's quite one dimensional. The comparison to sunscreen has been made in other reviews and it's accurate. It doesn't smell "beachy", and fades too quick even if you spray generously every hour (which i wouldn't want to in case someone smelled it). Lackluster all around. I can get the sunscreen smell with actual sunblock benefits instead.

I wasn't sure I liked this at first, but once it settles on the skin, it smells amazing! I really love it.
