This is one of my favorites in the rose category. Unlike other rose perfumes that smell powdery, dark, sweet or too mature, this subverts expectations. The bergamot and pink pepper bring a crisp, green freshness that lasts through the dry down. The jasmine note adds a light floral dimension to the blend of roses, giving it interesting flavor. The rose blend is strong, wonderful, almost true to life, not synthetic or weighted down by sweetness or heavier notes. The vanilla isn't overpowering or very noticeable. The musk and amber is what keeps this composition from feeling heavy and dark. It's an aromatic blend of vivid roses in a field of grasses.
This fresh, lively scent goes perfectly for spring, summer and daytime wear, a little goes a long way. It's an attention grabber!!
