With your first order you will receive a LUXSB protective fragrance case for your glass vial that is interchangeable with future vial samples. Receive a new quarterly LUXSB case complimentary on a quarterly basis on the standard plan automatically. 

At LUXSB, we offer other plan types such as a premium membership providing a new LUXSB protective case each month with your fragrance vial. Here at LUXSB, we offer one of the largest selections of fragrances including new arrivals and exclusive perfumes from all over the world.

Are your fragrances authentic?
Yes! LUXSB- Luxury Scent Box takes pride in offering only 100% authentic fragrances provided to us by the brands directly, authorized vendors or wholesalers. We never offer fake or imitation fragrances. LUXSB - luxury Scent Box only offers authentic fragrances!
How are the fragrances transferred to LUXSB Atomizers?
LUXSB uses the method of decanting. Decanting is defined as a method of transferring from one bottle to another. We use the method of decanting from the 100% authentic original fragrance bottle to the Luxury Scent Box luxurious travel fragrance spray.
How to send a LUXSB - Luxury Scent Box as a gift?

HOW IT WORKS
How it works at LUXSB - Luxury Scent Box?
Step 1: Create Account, Create an account LUXSB.com/join. Step 2: Choose Your Luxury, Choose your favorite fragrance and click 'Get started'. Step 3: Become LUXSB Member, Choose a plan and become a LUXSB perfume subscription member. Step 4: Build Your Fragrance Calendar and Receive Your Monthly Supply, Build your calendar for the rest of the year. Receive 30 day monthly fragrance supply of your choice in a luxe travel size spray 0.30 FL OZ/9ml.
GENERAL
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No, There are no contracts and no commitment. Only Month to Month or an Annual Subscription. 
What is the benefit of an Annual Subscription?
Pay upfront, and receive 1 month free. Therefore you are only charged for only 11 months. Your 12th month is free.
What is the shipping charge?
There is no shipping charge. Shipping is free.
Are returns accepted?
Returns are Not accepted on any subscription.
Is tax charged on my subscription?
No, you will not be charged sales tax. This is a subscription service.
What if I am allergic to a fragrance?
We understand how frustrating this can be. LUXSB - Luxury Scent Box offers fragrances that are manufactured by their respective brands. Refer to the ingredients provided on our website prior to ordering or reference the ingredients with the manufacturer of the fragrance. You should read the ingredients prior to use referencing ingredients on our site or if not available reference with the respective brand or manufacturer. It is your responsibility to review the ingredients as well, to avoid allergic reactions or other side effects personal to you. If you do experience an allergic reaction, stop use and seek medical attention from your health physician right away.

Can I select from both women and men fragrances?

Yes. You can select from both women and men fragrances.

Can I try LUXSB for only one month?

Yes. LUXSB is a monthly perfume subscription service. LUXSB is month to month. There is no commitment and you can cancel any time. If you used a first time promo code you must be subscribed for two months. If you cancel prior to the second month, the difference of the promo code will be charged.

How LUXSB travel atomizer work or operate?

Twist to the right to open and spray. Twist to left to close. To refill your perfume vial, when open to spray, pull up from the sprayer pulling the vial out of the case. The case is the outer shell that protects your perfume (inner glass vial).

Can I shop with LUXSB - Luxury Scent Box if I'm not a member?

No, you must be a LUXSB member to receive a monthly supply of fragrance. LUXSB - Luxury Scent Box perfume subscription is month to month and there is no commitment. You can cancel at anytime. We offer several membership perks and exclusive offers such as receiving a new LUXSB protective case quarterly with no charge and access to purchasing large size fragrance at a special memership price.

What perfume subscription is the largest fragrance size?
LUXSB - Luxury Scent Box offers the largest fragrance size in a perfume subscription. You will receive a .30oz/9ml fragrance every month for only $15.00/month. 150 sprays for 30 days (approximately 5 sprays a day). Explore your senses and discover the fragrance you have been searching for from the latest trending perfume to classic and exclusive world-wide brands available only at LUXSB. 
What is the price of LUXSB standard membership per month?

A standard plan is $15.00 per month. It includes a LUXSB - your choice of fragrance .30oz/9ml. You will receive a fragrance case with your first order and a new case quarterly automatically. 

What is the price of a premium membership?

A premium membership is $20.00 per month.  It includes a LUXSB - your choice of fragrance .30oz/9ml.  Access to all fragrances without any additional fees. You will receive a new fragrance case each month with your order as an added perk.

Is there a fee if I add a premium fragrance scheduled for the month?

Yes. As a standard membership you will be charged an additional $5.00 for the month a premium fragrance is scheduled. You will not receive fragrance case with your order unless it is your the quarterly month for a fragrance case.

When will I be charged for my subscription?
The first time when you subscribed to LUXSB, you will be billed immediately. Going forward the next month you be billed automatically on the same day you first subscribed of each month. Each month your subscription is automatically renewed each billing period unless you cancel. Billing may vary up to 5 days.
Can I pay for all my memberships at once?
Yes, you can only pay for all your subscriptions at once by selecting the Annual Subscription Plan at checkout. 
How do I upgrade or change my subscription plan?
You can upgrade your LUXSB membership plan by logging into 'Account', 'Membership Options'. Select the plan you would like to upgrade or change. 
What if my annual subsctription plan ends?
If your annual subscription plan ends, it will automatically renew for another year unless you cancel. If you do not want it to renew for another year, be sure to cancel before the 1st of the month prior to your renewal billing date. 
Does LUXSB offer two or multiple fragrances per month?

Yes, we offer upgrades for 2 products per month. The duo plan includes two fragrances of your choice and one new fragrance case. As a member, an upgrade option is availble in your account.

How do I buy extra fragrance cases?

Extra fragrance cases are available for purchase in different colors. LUXSB fragrance cases are interchangeable with glass vials.

What are membership perks?

As a standard membership plan, you will receive a new case quarterly for the months of February, May, August and November. Love your monthly supply, purchase the large size with a membership discount.

Can I purchase large size fragrance or perfume?

Yes. Love your monthly LUXSB fragrance supply, purchase the large size in product description with a membership discount. Sample first, large size later.

Can I purchase extra LUXSB for the month?

Yes. Add-Ons can be purchased at any time during the month under the product description. There is no limit to purchasing Add-Ons.

What is ADD-ONS?

ADD-ONS is an additional LUXSB to your monthly membership. Extras are processed and shipped 2-4 business days after your order is placed.

If I purchase Add-Ons, will I be billed on my monthly billing date?

Yes. Add-Ons do not affect your regular monthly membership.

What is the shipping charge?
There is no shipping charge. Shipping is free within the U.S.A.
Where does LUXSB - Luxury Scent Box ship?
Only in the U.S.A. We ship to APO and FPO addresses.
When is my LUXSB - Luxury Scent Box shipped?
The first month when you subscribe to LUXSB, your product will ship in 5-7 days and each following month after you're billed. You can also take our fragrance survey to view our recommendations tailored for you once billed and usually arrives within 7-10 business days.  You will receive an email with tracking details after the order leaves our facility. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking # to update. You can also access your tracking # link in your account next to your order. COVID 19 UPDATE:  We are open and our operations is processing orders as quickly as possible. Due to the current crisis orders may be slightly delayed. Thank you for your patience! Stay well and safe.
Can I ship my LUXSB to another address?
Yes. If you want to send your Luxury Scent Box to a friend or family member simply log into your profile and change your shipping address before the 1st of each month. Once the address has been changed, your subscription will be shipped to that address every month. Be sure to change the address into your profile to assure it will be shipped to the correct address. To change your address in your profile, click on ACCOUNT from the top menu, click on EDIT SHIPPING INFO.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email from LUXSB with tracking details after the order leaves our facility. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking # to update. You can also access your tracking # link in your account next to your order. 
Will my LUXSB - Luxury Scent Box fragrance subscription fit in my mailbox?

Yes! LUXSB - Luxury Scent Box deliveries is in an envelope that fits in a standard mailbox. Usually the courier will leave a package in front of the door or mailroom if it does not fit. 

FRAGRANCE SURVEY QUIZ
Is it required to take the Fragrance Survey or Quiz?
No, it is not required but is suggested to hep you find the perfect scent. If you decide not to take the fragrance survey quiz, you have the option to select your own fragrance from 'Women' or 'Men' selections.
How do I receive Fragrance Recommendations?
As a new member, take the Fragrance Survey Quiz after you become a member.
How can I take the Fragrance Survey?
Simply click on 'Fragrance Survey Quiz' once your a member and subscribed to LUXSB.
If I took the fragrance survey, can I take it again?
Yes, at anytime you can receive new fragrance recommendations from our specialists by taking the Fragrance Survey. Simply Click Fragrance Survey from the home page. Once you take the survey, recommendations are provided.
FRAGRANCE CALENDAR
How do I update my Fragrance Calendar?
You can manage and update your calendar by selecting 'view calendar' or select 'My Account' then'My Calendar'.
How do I add fragrances or perfume to my Fragrance Calendar?
On the products page, click 'Add to Calendar'below the fragrance image. It will automatically add the fragrance to your calendar.
Can I delete a product from my Fragrance Calendar?
Yes. You can delete a fragrance you have selected for a month from your Fragrance Calendar by clicking on the 'delete' icon, on bottom of the image in the Fragrance Calendar.
Can I change my fragrance in my calendar to a different month?
As a first time subscriber, your first monthly fragrance or perfume can not be changed in your calendar being that it is in processing immediately. Any months going forward can be changed by dragging and dropping the images in your Fragrance Calendar prior to your next billing date. If you do not select a fragrance for the month, it will be auto selected.
What if I do not have a fragrance in my calendar?
We will ship the fragrances you have scheduled in your Fragrance Calendar. If there is no fragrance selected for the month, a fragrance specialist will choose the perfect scent for you or you will receive the fragrance of the month. It will be auto-selected and shipped to you for that specific month.
What if a fragrance is not available for the month and it's scheduled in my calendar?

The next available fragrance scheduled in your calendar will be processed automatically.

MY ACCOUNT
How do I update my billing information?
Log into your profile, select 'My Account' on the top menu, select 'Payment Methods'.
How do I update my shipping address?
Log into your profile, select 'My Account' on the top menu and select 'My Addresses'. This must be done at least two days prior to your next billing/processing date shown on your account. LUXSB is not responsible if this is not complete prior to the indicated processing date.
How do I update my billing address?

Log into your profile, select 'My Account' on the top menu and select 'Payment Methods'. This must be done at least two days prior to your next billing/processing date shown on your account. LUXSB is not responsible if this is not complete prior to the indicated processing date.

Can I put my account on hold or pause it?

Yes. You can pause your account to the maximum of three months. To pause your account, login to 'My Account', select 'Membership Options', select 'Pause' for 1-3 month duration. The pause of your account will go into affect the next month. 

What if my payment method failed or was declined for the month?

Update your payment method in 'My Account', select 'Payment Methods'. LUXSB we automatically attempt the charge again during the billing month. 

CANCELLATIONS
Can I cancel my subscription and subscribe again at a later time?
Yes, you cancel your subscription and subscribe again at a later time. 
Can I cancel my Monthly Subscription Plan?
Yes, but before you do so, can we make it right or improve or service to you? Log into your profile select 'Account', 'Membership Options' and 'Cancel'. We also offer a pause feature. Your cancellation will be processed immediately. You must cancel before the next processing date indicated on your account 'my info' page to assure you will not be billed. No refunds are processed. You can use your subscription for the month you have been billed for until the term has ended.
Can I cancel an Annual and Gift Subscription Plan?
Yes, If you cancel, we do not process refunds for the remaining of the term.
REWARDS PROGRAM
What is the rewards/referral program?
  • This is a pilot program to increase brand awareness and reward YOU for sharing LUXSB
  • You will be assigned a unique code that will be used when people you refer sign up
  • At this time, points can be used for monthly charge credits
  • Points hold no monetary value until they are redeemed as an account credit which is applied to future billing
What are the rewards/referral program rules?
  • 100 referral points will be earned for each new sign-up using your referral code
  • Each month of continued subscription for each referred member will earn TEN referral point
  • You can redeem your points for subscription credit once you reach 150 points
  • 10 points will equal $1 in subscription credit
What are the rewards/referral program terms and conditions?
  • LUXSB reserves the right to cancel this program at any time
  • Your enrollment does not bind you to any contract or obligation
  • Other users will be able to see your 'referral profile'
  • Point adjustments will be made at the discretion of LUXSB
  • Points hold no cash value
  • You must log in to redeem accrued points. The system will not automatically apply credits for earned points.
  • Plans or products redeemed with points cannot be refunded
  • Abuse of this program will result in a cancellation of your account
  • Terms are subject to change at any time
How can I earn points?

You earn points for eligible activites performed around your membership. When you are an active member, click on 'LUXSB REWARDS PROGRAM' from your user profile. From there, you will enroll in the program.

When someone you refer signs up for LUXSB, you will receive 100 points.

Every month you remain a member, you will receive 10 points.

When you have at least 100 points, you can redeem for subscription account credit. ($10 per 100 points).

We will be adding more eligible rewards earning activity on a regular basis.

To eanr and redeem points, you must be an active member over the age of 13 residing in the U.S.
